Who is this course for?
This course is designed for complete beginners, no previous experience or qualifications are needed. Mimimum age of 16.
What time does the course start and finish?
Your practical days will start at 9am and finish 4pm with a 30 min lunch break (snacks and drinks provided, please bring lunch with you)
How long is this course?
You can move through the course theory at your own pace, from anywhere. All theory must be completed prior to your 1 day practical training. In person learning will take place at our studio in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Course must be completed within 4 months of the date you enroll.
Where is the location of the course?
Our in person courses are run in Ella’s home studio in Ipswich, Suffolk, UK - full address will be provided upon purchase
Do I need to bring anything to the course?
Please bring your course guides. Your kit will be provided and ready for you when you arrive at our studio.
What happens during my in person training?
Day 1: We will cover complete nail prep, gel polish and builder gel application
Day 2: We will focus on E-file + Nail Art with you and your model, then Business Foundations
At the end of the day, once successfully completed, you will recieve your accredited certificate and be qualified as a Nail Tech!
Do I need a model?
You will be working on yourself for the first part of the day. For the second half of the day you will need a model. Please ensure you take a photo of your chosen models hand and send to me prior to the course to make sure their nails are safe to work on. Ensure both yourself and your models nails are bare.
What qualification will I receive?
You will recieve an ABT (Associate Beauty Therapists) Accredited certificate upon completion. This will allow you to gain insurance, purchase pro products and become a professional nail technician.
Once I qualify, what's next?
Once qualified you will be able to start building your nail kit and appointments! We recommend creating a waitlist form to build up interest even before you train.
